Hometown: Watchung, NJ

City before Booth: NYC then Washington, D.C.

Undergraduate School and Major:
Vanderbilt University, Mathematics

Fun fact: I was born with a tiny hole in my ear that occurs in only 0.1% of Americans. Trust me – it’s not an ear piercing!

Pre-Booth Job: Associate at The Carlyle Group (Real Estate Private Equity)

Summer Internship: Morgan Stanley Real Estate Private Equity

Concentrations at Booth: Finance, Entrepreneurship

Your Chicago neighborhood: Gold Coast – close enough to all of the Booth action in the Loop while also allowing me to experience living in a classic Chicago community. Walking distance to all of the restaurants / bars in River North as well.

What are some of the student groups you’ve been involved with?Global Booth Ambassadors, Private Equity and Real Estate Clubs, Intramural Basketball

Current leadership roles: Global Booth Ambassadors Regional Captain, iMentor Chicago

Why did you choose Booth? I loved the flexible curriculum that allows students to take courses most suitable for their career paths, lab courses that provide for experiential learning experiences, and how Booth maximizes its location within Chicago.

Favorite class? Negotiations with Bernd Wittenbrink and Real Estate Investments I & II with Joseph Pagliari

Favorite thing to do in Chicago? Jogging along Lake Michigan, trying new restaurants in the West Loop

Favorite trip taken with fellow Boothies? Toss up between Random Walk China and Spring Break Colombia

Favorite Booth experiences thus far? So many to choose from, but I’ll go with LOR (Leadership Orientation Retreat) – what a great way to bond with my classmates in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin!
