The Booth annual ski trip is arguably the biggest Booth trip of the year, and the trip to Aspen this past December was no exception. Check out what 400 Boothies were up to for a week with the awesome video recap below, and some off the slopes pictures after the jump.
As some readers may know already, Booth offers the opportunity to study abroad through The International Business Exchange Program (IBEP). More information on IBEP can be found in this earlier blog post. I decided to study abroad at ESSEC in France this winter quarter. I was curious about courses that weren’t offered at Booth (such as International Luxury Distribution) and the chance to fit in more traveling was certainly appealing.
So far the quarter is off to a great start! Here are some highlights:
While there are many great things about going to business school, the trips during the breaks are definitely close to the top of the list. I knew I wanted to do a Random Walk when I started at Booth, but I didn’t realize that there were so many other opportunities to explore and have fun during business school. Traveling is practically an unofficial curriculum requirement at Booth
Oh Booth winter break, how I’ve missed you! Last year, winter break was the glorious reward after a busy first quarter balancing school and summer internship recruiting. But this year as a 2nd year student, it’s a bittersweet reminder that the Booth experience passes by all too quickly and we’re just two short quarters away from graduation. So this past December, Bayasaa Enkhbaatar (a fellow 2nd year Booth student, dear friend, and partner in crime) and I decided to give in to our wanderlust and embark on a two week adventure together to hike Patagonia and make the most of this break.
