Who are you?: After graduating from TxState, I worked for Deloitte Consulting for three years in their strategy practice. I enjoyed working for the firm but longed for an adventure that would shape the rest of my life so I applied to a fellowship program through Princeton University called Princeton in Africa. I was selected to work for a startup organization called Kucetekela Foundation and my role was Operations and Finance Director. Working in Zambia was truly one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and after volunteering for a small private equity firm in Zambia, realize that I wanted to come to Booth to pursue private equity with a focus on Africa.
