Why did you choose Booth? I choose Booth for a few reasons: Pay-it-forward culture, vast alumni network, flexible curriculum, and world-renowned school for finance
During my application process, many interactions with the Booth team shaped my perception of the school and community. Still, one that blew me away was an interaction I had at an admissions event. The event was a small group brunch with a few alumni. During the event, I had expressed reservations about Booth enabling me to achieve my immediate and long-term professional goals. Following the event, in under a week, the alumni had connected me with multiple alumni in different phases of their careers who were in my areas of interest. This engagement was powerful because I was one of the thousands of applicants and not yet affiliated with Booth. Yet I received support and guidance from the Booth community – I felt welcomed and at home!
