On behalf of International Women’s Day, TBE sat down with four inspiring Booth women to learn more about their passions both inside and outside of school and work.
Amy Yu, Class of 2022
Amy is a second year at Booth and is the Co-Chair of Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Club and Booth Outdoor Leadership Development.
Amy helped lead a trek of 23 Boothies up Mount Kilimanjaro this past winter break.
Haley Mendez, Class of 2023
Haley is a first year at Booth and is an incoming Co-Chair for Chicago Women in Business and Booth Squash/Tennis Club.
She is a professional Squash Player ranked #36 in the world and a Pan American Gold Medalist.
Ivana Chen, Class of 2023
Ivana is a first year at Booth pursuing a career in fintech and startups.
Outside of Booth, she is a fitness instructor in Chicago and frequently hosts classes for her fellow Booth classmates.
Begoña Iriso, Class of 2022
Bego is a second year at Booth. She is an active member of LATAM Club and Private Equity Group.
Post graduation she will work at a Private Equity firm in Boston.
